2025 House of the Lion Spring Tour
In Spring 2025, author and speaker Sal Di Leo traveled across North Dakota and beyond on the House of the Lion Book & Movie Promo Tour, sharing the powerful true story behind the upcoming major motion picture and his book, The Power of Gratitude.
Hosted by parishes, cathedrals, and Catholic organizations, the tour brought communities together for evenings of reflection, inspiration, and renewed appreciation for religious vocations. Through personal storytelling and heartfelt dialogue, Sal highlighted the beauty and courage of women called to serve as Catholic Sisters and Nuns — and the transformative role gratitude plays in every vocation. From Dickinson to Williston, Watford City to Fargo, Bismarck to Minot, and Grand Forks, audiences gathered throughout May and June for standing-room-only evenings filled with meaningful conversation and faith-centered inspiration. The tour continued in the fall with special appearances at the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre Conference in Minneapolis and at the Cathedral of St. Raymond in Joliet, Illinois. |
At the heart of the tour was a clear mission:
To promote and support religious vocations for women through the power of authentic storytelling. The 2025 tour was more than a promotional series of events — it became a movement of gratitude, inviting communities to reflect on the Sisters who have shaped their lives, schools, parishes, and families. As excitement builds for the upcoming House of the Lion motion picture, the message of gratitude continues to spread — one parish, one story, and one heart at a time. |
